Delivery Policy

Please read the Delivery Policy carefully before purchasing your products from this website (the 'Service') operated by Putra Roasters Coffee ('us', 'we', or 'our').

1. All parcels shall be delivered via courier service.
2. If the dispatch day falls on Public Holidays, Saturday or Sunday, dispatch will be on the next working day.
3. All transit time are subject to courier transport conditions and volume of parcels traffic.
4. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising from the late delivery.
5. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.
6. In the event that the courier service returns the parcel due to wrong or undeliverable address, we will contact you immediately through phone or email. Shipping fees are payable by you for re-delivery. 
7. Request for cancellation will not be allowed once the purchased product(s) have been shipped out by the courier.

Delivery Fees

1. Peninsular Malaysia: RM10 for the first 500g and RM1 for every additional 250g.
2. Sabah & Sarawak: RM15 for the first 500g and RM2 for every additional 250g.
3. Free delivery for orders above RM100.
4. Delivery normally takes up to 3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia, 5-7 working days for Sabah & Sarawak subject to delivery terms and conditions of the courier service (exclude public holidays).
